Our Mission
Red Diamond Sisters is on a mission to help develop confidence and self-esteem in girls by framing their periods as a source of their power. We help parents prepare their daughters for their periods by providing educational materials and classes that encompass concepts from health and wellness, cultural traditions, spirit, energy and history – topics that traditional menstruation education often omits. ​Our approach goes beyond the physical body, and reaches into the mental, emotional, cultural and spiritual to help girls (and all women) appreciate their periods, love their bodies, and honor their whole selves.​ ​Red Diamond Sisters positions menstruation as a symbol of personal power. ​

Meloney Hudson
Co-Founder, Author
Meloney is the author of Red Diamond Sister's Club, and is a women's empowerment advocate, teacher of energy arts, filmmaker and author.
She is a certified Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga teacher and mentor who has been facilitating transformational workshops for women for more than 20 years. Besides Red Diamond Sisters Club, Meloney is the author of Sexy, Spirited and Strong: Becoming a Positive Energy Woman and Venus Rising Yoni Yoga Guidebook.
Meloney is a member of the Society for Menstrual Cycle Research and a Board of Directors member of Red Tent Global.
As a girl, Meloney didn't understand her body or realize her talents and abilities. When she was introduced to ancient women’s history, women’s spirituality and energy practices from the East, she discovered her self-love and feminine power. Since then, Meloney has since been on a mission to share these insights with girls and women, so that they, too, can rise up in their self-love and power and contribute to the balance of energy on the planet for a better world.

Red Diamond Sisters Club

Red Diamond Sisters was born from the book, Red Diamond Sisters Club.

Written for girls ages 10-14 to share the Secrets of Moon Time Magic!

In this fun fictional story, twelve-year-old Mia needs to be persuaded that her period is a good thing, and Priestess Uma may be the person to do so. Red Diamond Sisters Club takes us on an adventure in which Mia and four classmates meet the jovial Priestess who shares the Secrets of Moon Time Magic and the mysterious Red Diamond legend. Are the Priestess and the Secrets enough to convince Mia that her period isn’t dreadful, but is actually empowering?
Filled with magical events and ancient wisdom, Red Diamond Sisters Club brings to light the feminine powers that blossom during a girl’s Lunarah at the onset of her period and celebrates the dynamic gifts that will guide her through life.
